虽然它 [ActualHeight] 有一个 ActualHeightProperty 支持字段，但 ActualHeight 不会引发属性更改通知，它应该被视为常规 CLR 属性而不是依赖属性。

所以你的选择是：

订阅页面的SizeChanged 并从那里更新您的文本
创建和使用附加属性（基本相同，只是隐藏在附加属性中）
