3. 将 ANT_home 设置为环境变量。

尝试构建上述xml文件时，成功创建如下目录结构C:\CORE_DELTA\FCPBMain12.0.1\build\dist。 在这个 dist 文件夹中创建了 earArtifacts、warArtifacts、ivy-12.0.1.xml 和 wminfra-12.0.1.jar。其中，ivy.xml 文件始终为 0KB，为空。

猜猜，问题出在project.name 属性值的\1 部分——它被解释为转义序列。就我而言，同样的错误是由注释中的非 ASCII 符号 ≤ 引起的。
