根本原因是对于我们分组的单个 id 而言,重复记录如此之大,以至于仅该 id 的记录大小就超过 4.5GB。我们对源数据进行了删除,现在 Spark 作业运行良好。重新分区对我们不起作用。我正在编写几个哈希函数来尝试手动分区数据,以便我们可以运行多个单独的 Spark 作业来解决问题,由于上述单个 id 的数据倾斜问题,它不起作用。

因为我们是按照那个id列对数据进行分区,而任何partitioner hash函数总是会返回相同的partition id,所以没有希望重新分区,最终在source中发现了这个重复的问题并修复了通过去重。谢谢大家!
