WebSocket 协议不仅仅是一个原始套接字连接，它看起来像您的脚本试图完成的那样。

有用于 PHP 的 websocket 服务器库。我建议使用Ratchet。这个库是一个很好的实现。

如果您真的想自己实现 WebSocket，您可能需要查看RFC 6455 或其他标准之一，具体取决于您的需要。
