在 ViewModel 中运行您的请求，这样它就可以通过配置更改来延长 Activity/Fragment 的寿命。让请求更新 LiveData 而不是直接修改视图。在您的片段中，观察 LiveData 并从观察者更新适配器。另外，不要在 View/Activity/Fragment 子类之外创建与视图相关的属性，否则会出现内存泄漏。
