【问题描述】：
目标
将成功的 Web 应用 CI 构建发布到 IIS 开发服务器。
当前设置
相关的构建定义首先复制\bin文件夹内容到Build.ArtifactStagingDirectory，然后发布相同路径的工件.名称值为drop，类型为Server。
发布定义只包含一个Windows Machine File Copy 步骤。它的Source 属性指向上述放置文件夹，其目的地是一个UNC 地址。
它的Artifacts 选项卡链接到构建定义并且Continuous Deployment 为同一源启用。
症状
部署状态为Rejected。返回的错误是The item drop in container 10039 could not be found. 请参阅下面的日志：
