我使用的是 Windows 8.1 Pro、x64 和 Visual Studio 2013 Update 4。卸载 Azure SDK 或 Azure Powershell 没有帮助。重新安装 PowerShell 没有帮助。修复 Visual Studio 2013 和 Update 4 安装也没有解决问题。所以我不确定这些错误是否真的是由 Azure SDK/PowerShell 更新引起的，也许是其他问题。

VS2015-RTM 和 VS2013 Update 5 似乎已修复此问题。
