WEBSITE_LOAD_ROOT_CERTIFICATES 仅在应用服务环境中受支持，在多租户应用服务中不受支持。如果本地端点由目前不使用公共 CA 的证书签名，则除了更新证书或可能编写一个可以忽略 SSL 证书验证的简单代理应用程序之外，没有直接的解决方法可以使这项工作正常进行（我通常不会除非您自己在代码中进行证书验证，否则不推荐使用此选项）。
