阅读manual 说：

[...] 必须始终在调用 Multicell() 或 WriteHTMLCell() 或 WriteHTML() 函数之前插入背景图像。

这意味着Image() 应该比代码中的WriteHTMLCell() 函数更早被调用。那你应该很好。
