您应该使用 chmod 或 fchmod 来更改文件的许可。 chmod 与 argu 文件的路径和 fchmod 与 fd。

fcntl 的标志 F_SETFL 只能设置 O_APPEND、O_ASYNC、O_DIRECT、O_NOATIME 和 O_NONBLOCK 标志。

F_SETFL（长） 将文件状态标志设置为 arg 指定的值。文件访问模式（O_RDONLY、O_WRONLY、O_RDWR）和 arg 中的文件创建标志（即 O_CREAT、O_EXCL、O_NOCTTY、O_TRUNC）被忽略。在 Linux 上，这个命令可以 仅更改 O_APPEND、O_ASYNC、O_DIRECT、O_NOATIME 和 O_NONBLOCK 标志。
