基本上，您的 Bundler 版本与 Heroku 不兼容，并且尚未得到适当的支持。

删除您的 Gemfile.lock 文件，然后在您的终端上执行此操作以恢复到旧版本的 Bundler：

gem uninstall bundler
gem install bundler --version '2.1.4'
bundle install
git add .
git commit -m "Downgraded bundler"

然后再次推送到 Heroku。

如果在完成这些步骤后，它说需要 2.2 版，只需再次删除 Gemfile.lock，然后运行 bundle install
