passwordHasLowerCaseValidator(customValidators: CustomValidators) {
  return (control: FormControl) => {
    return (...);
    // here you can access "customValidators"
  }
}

并像使用它

constructor(private customValidators:CustomValidators){}

password = new FormControl('',
    [Validators.required, Validators.minLength(8),
    this.customValidators.passwordHasLowerCaseValidator(customValidators).bind(this)]);
