    您只对 z 坐标进行了子集化,而不是 x、y 和 z 坐标。要么对 x、y 和 z 进行子集化,要么有一个中间步骤:

    Somecells <- Allcells.csv[Allcells.csv$Time == 2, ] 
    scatterplot3d(Somecells$Position.X,Somecells$Position.Y,Somecells$Position.Z)
