所有这些代码 sn-ps 都位于客户端，并且某些设置是重复的，例如 Basichttpbinding 配置。代码sn-ps中的配置设置与Webconfig中的配置不符。
调用WCF服务的常用方式是通过添加服务引用生成客户端代理，同时在位于客户端的配置文件中带来与服务端一致的绑定设置。
从客户端出现的错误来看，sn-ps代码中的绑定配置应该是对的，与服务端对应。
