Azure 服务总线队列：未发送消息

我正在从工作角色向服务总线队列发送消息。我注意到随机丢失了一些消息。

当我调试时，我在 Send 方法之后设置了一个断点并登录到我的 Azure 面板以检查消息队列是否增加。我发现奇怪的是，有时消息没有添加到队列中。但这不是随机的。模式是：一条消息添加正确，下一条丢失，然后再次next ok，下一条丢失。

我已经实现了如下所示的重试模式，但显然并非所有消息都正确发送。
