【问题描述】：

我会使用 gulp-bless 插件来分隔 bower CSS 文件，因为生成的缩小文件太长并且在 IE 9 中没有完全处理。

但是 gulp-bless 插件生成的文件在“index.html”文件中并没有被 gulp-useref 插件替换。

gulp useref 插件也不能加入所有文件，会保留 gulp-bless 插件生成的结构。

文件“index.html”（css 导入和用户引用）

文件“gulpfile.js”（构建任务的一部分）

文件“index.html”（dist）

生成的 dist 文件
