【问题描述】：
我正在运行 Windows 8 IIS 8.5。
我在 IIS 上创建了我的站点，并在下面的目录中为我的 webapi 服务创建了另一个站点 所以我的网站看起来像这样：
www.mysite.com
www.mysite.com/api // 这存在于磁盘上站点目录下名为 api 的目录中。在 IIS 中配置为站点而不是虚拟目录。
当然 iis 无法为任一站点实现路由。
如果我添加 /index.html，ww.mysite.com 可以工作。如果我在浏览器中输入 www.mysite.com，我会得到 404。
无论我做什么，api 网站都会给我 404 错误。
在 Visual Studio 中运行时，这两个网站都运行良好。 www.mysite.com 是一个 mvc 5 应用程序 www.mysite.com/api 是一个 webapi 3 应用程序。
