$commenter = wp_get_current_commenter();
$req = get_option( 'require_name_email' );
$aria_req = ( $req ? " aria-required='true'" : '' );

当它告诉您传递一个数组作为参数时，您不要执行 $fields = array(..)，而只需使用 array(..) > 或者在 comment_form() 函数之外定义你的数组，然后将其作为参数传递。
