我认为 WCT 与 DSI 标签不是问题。这只是 IBM 如何构建修订包的产物。但是，您系统上安装的 OSGi 插件集似乎确实存在问题。

它似乎无法加载 equinox.http.registry，因为它找不到所需的插件 -- equinox.http.servlet。您是否尝试过调查为​​什么第二个插件无法加载？换句话说：

tell http osgi diag org.eclipse.equinox.http.servlet
