Spring AOP 方面未执行

Question

我一直试图弄清楚为什么我的简单方面没有得到执行。我查看了类似问题的答案，但仍然无法正常工作。

我的意图是将使用自定义注释注释的方法的执行与 AOP 建议相结合，该建议将跟踪方法运行所需的时间。当我运行测试时，我看到了方法的输出，但建议没有运行（我希望它记录一些输出）。
