如果您使用的是高级数据库迁移工具，例如 Flyway 或 Liquibase，您应该单独使用它们来创建和初始化架构。

从未保证 Flyway 将首先运行。就您的应用程序而言，它是偶然首先运行的，但在 Spring Boot 2.5.3 中发生了一些变化，这意味着情况不再如此。

我建议不要使用多个不同的数据库初始化程序，而是设置 spring.batch.jdbc.initialize-schema=never 并添加 Flyway 迁移脚本来初始化 Spring Batch 的架构。

或者，您可以设置spring.flyway.baseline-on-migrate=true。这将导致 Flyway 在检测到非空模式时自动调用 baseline()。
