【问题描述】：
问题：我的 NUnit 测试没有显示在测试资源管理器中。
我目前在 64 位机器上运行 Visual Studio Express 2013。目前，我安装了“NUnit TestAdapter，包括 NUnit 2.6.4 框架”。框架版本为2.6.4.14350，测试适配器版本为2.0.0.0
