错误意味着 Hibernate 无法加载映射文件（检查代码，是 FileNotFoundException 的包装），因此您的错误在 hibernate.cfg.xml 文件中，而不是在映射中！
检查<mapping file="path/to/Employee.hbm.xml" />是否正确
