这是a known issue，使用 therubyracer 和 Ruby 2.4。在https://github.com/cowboyd/therubyracer/issues/430 的问题跟踪器中跟踪了 Ruby 2.4 兼容性的其他几个问题。

您应该使用早期版本的 Ruby，例如2.3.3 直到有新版本发布 ruby​​racer。

顺便说一句：有几个 gem 还不兼容 Ruby 2.4。为了避免您在新版本发布后遇到大量兼容性问题，最好不要在发布的第一天升级

在默认的 rails Gemfile 中，gem therubyracer 的行被注释掉了。如果你取消注释它，你会得到那个宝石，它应该可以工作。 （为我解决了问题）
