Wininet InternetSetStatusCallback 不起作用

Read the documentation:

lpfnInternetCallback 中指定的回调函数 参数将不会被调用...连接句柄时 InternetConnect 的 dwContext 句柄设置为零 (INTERNET_NO_CALLBACK)。
