我四处搜索，发现 System.Net.Mail 支持端口 587 上的连接（显式 SSL 的默认端口，开始未加密，然后发出 STARTDLS，然后切换到加密连接：RFC 2228），但不支持隐式 SSL （整个连接都包裹在 SSL 层中）...
