当我在表单中填写所有 4 个文本框值时，它就可以工作了。
当我填写名字、姓氏、年龄和离开已婚的文本框时我的表单中的文本框为空，它可以工作（即它创建一个新员工和在数据库中将 Married 列设置为 null）。
当我为 Firstname、Lastname、Married 和 Married 填充文本框值时在我的表单中将年龄文本框留空，它不起作用。
