使用 userChrome.css 修改 Mozilla Thunderbird-68 按钮

由于 Mozilla Thunderbird 68 不再支持 CustomizeMyBird 插件，我的问题是如何手动修改这些按钮：

现在新的 Thunderbird 看起来又漂亮又友好了 :) 此外 - Thunderbird 68.0b5（64 位）支持 TLSv1.3。情况越来越好。
