我已经在 No Proxy 和 Use Proxy Settings 上测试了连接，并且两个连接都测试了seem to end succesfully.

我已经允许 Netbeans 通过我的防火墙，但这也没有改变。

我没有动过我的代理配置，所以它是默认的（自动检测）。关闭自动检测也不会改变任何东西，无论我在 Netbeans 上有什么代理配置。

对我有用的方法是将更新网址中的“http:”更改为“https:”。

I.E.更改“http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0.2/uc/final/distribution/catalog.xml.gz” 到“https://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0.2/uc/final/distribution/catalog.xml.gz”

不知道为什么这使它对我有用。我正在运行 Linux Mint 19.1。
