PhpStorm/Xdebug 不会在断点处停止

Question

我在让 xdebug 与 PhpStorm 一起工作时遇到问题，从日志看来 xdebug 工作正常，但 PhpStorm 出于某种原因并没有忘记它。 此外，如果我从 PHP->Debug 设置菜单中选中“Break at first line in PHP scripts”，调试器就会工作，但如果我点击“Resume program[F9]”，它会跳过我的断点，电话图标（“listen for PHP调试连接")

问题是我虽然只有在想通过浏览器调试时才需要 cookie（我只需要 API 调用），添加 cookie 解决了它：
