Question

低于 1024 的端口只能由 root 用户打开。所以如果你想让tomcat监听80端口，你需要以root用户身份启动它。

或者你可以配置一个 Apache 代理，将 80 端口的流量重定向到 8081 端口，tomcat 将在该端口上监听
