因此，必须使用在 https://github.com/qutheory/vapor#-current-environment 中为给定 Vapor 版本声明的 Swift 版本。

Vapor 0.14 依赖于 Xcode 8 beta 2 附带的 Swift 3.0 preview 2 版本。目前无法下载 Xcode 8 beta 2，因为 Apple 在 Xcode 8 beta 3 发布后停止托管它。那是疏忽。
