您的 XML 中的一个错误是您尝试在 entityManagerFactory bean 中同时配置数据源和 hibernate.c3p0。当你这样做时，hibernate 不会考虑任何hibernate.c3p0 属性（因为在这种情况下它不会实例化DataSource）。

因此，如果您将数据源设置为 EntityManagerFactory（或 SessionFactory），则应考虑在数据源端配置连接池，如下所示（C3P0）：
