CURL_RETURNTRANSFER需要改为CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER。

这会影响 curl_exec() 返回的内容，因此您无法在 $getURL 中获取 JSON 字符串。

一旦修正了常数，你的代码的其余部分就是正确的。

在处理 JSON 时，有助于对其进行格式化以便更易于阅读，我使用jsonlint.com。

然后看看结构，如果你有：

$data = json_decode($response, true);

从enrolledcourses 访问全名将是：

echo $data['enrolledcourses'][0]['fullname'];
