public 文件夹的所有内容都应该放在服务器的public_html 文件夹中，而所有其他文件夹都需要放在根文件夹中..

所以，为了让你开始，首先在你的服务器根目录中创建一个名为laravel-app 的目录。在此文件夹内，上传所有文件夹和文件，但不要上传public folder。

所有文件上传完毕后，将public文件夹的内容上传到public_html文件夹。
