对于 SMS 集成，您需要决定要处理的事件。

之后你需要为选择的事件创建观察者。

观察者是一个事件处理程序。它侦听它所附加的任何事件并相应地对事件作出反应。

您的 SMS API 应该在观察者中使用。 （是 PHP 类中的方法。）
