我有以下 ModelForm，当我按如下方式使用时，它不会保存到数据库中。我在这里尝试过其他帖子和答案，但无法保存。

如果我使用相同的类基础视图 (CreateView) 并在 HTML 中使用 {{form}} 的输入，我可以让它工作并将其保存到数据库中，但我需要单独添加表单字段下面是为我创建的带有单独输入的 HTML 页面。

帖子的输出可以在终端打印，但如前所述，不会打印到数据库。
