解决我的问题的方法是重新安装我所有的 pip 包。假设您在文件 requirements.txt 中列出了所有包：

pip uninstall -r requirements.txt

pip install -r requirements.txt

我认为这个问题可能是由死 pyc 或糟糕的依赖链引起的。我还发现 mysql for python 部分由 pip 安装，部分由 apt-get 安装（在 Ubuntu 上运行）存在问题。你可以检查这个运行你的命令，如：

python -m pdb manage.py migrate

pdb 报告的错误与连接错误有关。如果没有 pdb，我会收到与您相同的信息。

问题肯定源于djcelery 出现在unmigrated 和migrated 应用程序中。从我所见，这通常是在同一个应用程序中同时具有south 和django 样式迁移的症状。无论如何，djcelery 的迁移目录可能有问题。
