未创建 uwsgi 套接字文件

由于输出较短，我猜/etc/uwsgi/vassals 中的配置文件没有加载，运行帝王附庸有一些问题。

将/var/www/django/ 的所有者更改为 www-data 即可。

具体问题在于文件/etc/nginx/uwsgi_params 的所有权。
