解决方案是增加这个超时值。但是 WebClient 类没有这样的属性或方法。所以在上传数据之前，需要用自己的类将WebClient包裹起来，设置基类的超时时间。 此外，您可以尝试 WebClient 的异步方法。 WebClient.UploadFileAsync
