有没有办法清理它们？ 或者通过提供minimal dart version 来清理它们。 （比如mini dart > 2.6.0）？

flutter 1.17 提供了一个新的推荐：flutter pub outdated。在这方面取得了不错的进展。

我不认为有这样的命令。因为 pub 无法知道您是否有一个旧项目依赖于这些旧包版本之一。

清除旧包的最简单方法是完全删除.pub-cache。当您第一次运行flutter pub get 时，您实际使用的那些将被重新下载。这将摆脱未使用的。
