我在包含一堆 PDF 文件的网站（启用了 .htaccess、mod_rewrite 和 SEF urls 的 Joomla 2.5）文件夹中有一个子文件夹。它们是通过 FTP 直接下载到该文件夹中的，所以我没有太多机会摆弄文件名。

要测试的两件事：删除（注释）第一个安全 rewriteCond/rewriteRule 块，以防万一。并尝试在 html 页面上构建一个有效的 url 编码的 url（其中空格已设置为 %20）。
