如果我有一个实现INotifyPropertyChanged的基类

public class ResourceWrapperBase : INotifyPropertyChanged

在基类中触发 propertychanged 事件，像这样：

PropertyChanged(this, new PropertyChangedEventArgs(null)) 

还要更新继承自该基类的类中属性的所有绑定？

public class ResourceWrapper : ResourceWrapperBase

也就是说，当 ResourceWrapperBase 中的 propertychanged 事件被触发时，我想更新所有绑定到 ResourceWrapper 中的属性。
