1) 在 web.config 中添加以下类似内容：

          maxBufferSize="2147483647" transferMode="Streamed">
        </binding>
      </webHttpBinding>
    </bindings>
 </system.serviceModel>

2) 在 IIS 中，更新以下设置：

转到站点，在“管理”下归档配置编辑器
转到中的部分
- system.webServer/security/authentication/anonymousAuthentication
- system.webServer/security/authentication/windowsAuthentication
选择自：ApplicationHost.config ' />
解锁部分

要提一提的是 maxRequestLength 的设置好像没有 web.config 中不再需要。
