从堆栈跟踪来看，asgiref 正在访问私有 asyncio 函数 _get_running_loop 以获得与旧 Python 版本中 3.7 的 get_running_loop 等效的功能。但是你运行的是 3.5.2，它甚至没有私有函数。

尝试将您的 Python 升级到 3.6 或 3.7，结果可能会奏效。
