为了消除这个问题是否有答案的歧义，我发布了来自@Roman Vottner 的 cmets 的答案：

JAX-WS 版本 2 不支持 rpc/encoded。如果您可以控制 Web 服务，请尝试将 rpc/encoded 更改为 document/literal。
