您通常不会将 DoDirectPayment 和 CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile 结合使用。

如果您使用信用卡创建配置文件，则只需使用 CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile。对于一次性费用，您可以使用 $ActivationDetails['initamt'] ，它已包含在您的代码中，但目前尚未填充。

所以只需去掉其中的 DoDirectPayment 部分，只留下 CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile。在 INITAMT 参数中收取 100 美元，您应该已经设置好了。
