匹配通配符是限制。找不到“上下文：组件扫描”的元素

Question

我的上下文映射有问题，出现以下错误：

org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException： 来自 ServletContext 资源的 XML 文档中的第 43 行 [/WEB-INF/dispatcher-servlet.xml] 无效；嵌套异常是 org.xml.sax.SAXParseException；行号：43；列号：70； cvc-complex-type.2.4.c：匹配通配符是严格的，但是没有 可以找到元素“上下文：组件扫描”的声明。
