当您创建窗口时，它会被渲染（DOM 在后台某处构建）但尚未设置 window.record。

但处理程序设置win.record后，窗口不会重新渲染，只显示。

因此，如果您从 afterrender 切换到 beforeshow 事件，它应该可以工作，每次调用 win.show() 时都会执行该事件。

此外，window.record 包含记录的索引，而不是记录本身；但是loadRecord 需要记录，而不是索引。试试win.record = grid.getStore().getAt(rowIndex);之类的，loadRecord`应该可以加载记录了。
