您所拥有的规则似乎与您所说的相反。它将非查询字符串 URL 重定向到查询字符串 URL。但如果这是您想要的，您需要从正则表达式中删除主机和协议。只有 URI（无查询字符串）用于匹配 RewriteRule：

RewriteRule ^tutos/([^-]*)$ /tutos/tutos.php?q=$1 [L,QSA,R=301]
